Faced with a rather large and complicated tax liability, I searched the web in hopes of finding a first rate tax advisory service. Anthem Tax Services appeared to fit the bill, with many excellent reviews. They do not disappoint. The majority of my debt accrued during a 3 year period, during COVID to be exact during which time I supported 3 families, 9 people in total, including grandchildren, all adults unemployed, their businesses shut down and no relief in sight. The IRS pounded me, and with unbridled ferocity, pummeled me with penalties with no thought to the extent of previous years tax payments amounting in the millions over a 35 year career. Justin, of Anthem, shepherded me through the Anthem process. It became abundantly clear within a few short minutes that I was talking to a well educated, smart and tax fluent specialist. The team with whom I was assigned are nothing short of professional,. helpful and informative. Raquel, a Sr. Case Manager became and is my main point of contact. My case, due in large part to a IRS Revenue Officer engaged in malicious tax aggression, is complicated. Raquel has shown tremendous patience with me, guided me, informed me and to date continues to be my rock. While there was one minor glitch in the system of their organization, where some research wasn't done to my satisfaction, I'm a corporate urgent animal, every other experience has been excellent. She puts up with my raves and rants when this particular Revenue Officer with whom I've had past dealings, rears her ugly head and assumes her self proclaimed righteous tax collection warrior position. While my case is ongoing I feel comfort in the knowledge that it will be resolved, all thanks to Raquel, her able team and to Justin who initiated the process for me. Many thanks to all of you.

Any dealings I have ever had with the IRS are the most stressful in life. I investigated getting help with a very complicated tax debt and I found Anthem. Raquel Rosales is my go to, who has led the way through the many layers of paperwork and who has answered all my questions with down to earth explanations.
