I called the Taxguard and was nicely surprised with all of the information I received over the phone. I didn't feel rushed or stressed with the representative. He was really forthcoming with a lot of information on the initial call. Most places try to give you a little info to get you in for a payment, but not here. He was honest with the fact that I was on the right track, but needed to continue pursuing it. I feel less stressed with all of these state tax returns that I didn't file.
