Wife called ETS for two weeks and never a returned call. I called four times within eight working days and was always told that Stacy was busy and would return my call, no returned call at all. I do not understand why Expert Tax Solutions is advertising on WORD 106.3 radio. At this point, I’m happier to give my money to the IRS than give it to ETS, and that says a lot! I would give this “company” no stars but that’s not an option.

Wow !! Wish I would have found this place 30 years ago !! I was in trouble with the IRS and very worried what was going to happen ... they put me to ease from the very first meeting and have guided me every step of the way !! I am a small business and it seems like we are the ones the IRS target but Expert Tax Solutions is on the "little guys" side !! If you are just starting out, call them and save yourself a ton of money and a lot of worry !!! If you have been in business awhile, call them and let them show you things you may have missed... if you are in trouble with the IRS, call them and let them get you out !!! I'm amazed !!! I'm looking for a 6th and 7th star to give but since there isn't one on here, I'm just going to say, thank you Wyatt and Stacy for helping me sleep better at night and giving me peace of mind !!! I recommend you wholeheartedly

The initial meeting went really well and I was impressed. I decided to call them because the Tara show had highly recommended them and she spoke about them in a very positive manner but I guess that's what you do when it's a paid endorsement. They never followed through and I have been trying to contact someone for well over a month now about my tax issue from earlier this year that they were supposed to help me handle. I'm still waiting on a response money wasted. UPDATE: There was an error in communication. I appreciate the recent contact, returning of phone call and registered letter which was written 2/14/18. It clarified what I was to expect from ETS. it is unfortunate that we were unable to communicate prior to this. I did leave several messages and did not receive a voicemail/return call until recently. ETS did what we did agree upon in a timely manner, but communication issues did not resolve the matter till now. I do not expect anyone to hold my hand in this matter, but taxes are not my speciality and a simple return phone call would have prevented this entire confusion. After speaking with the IRS today, I was informed the abatement letter did nothing for me and was, in essence, a waste of time. My suggestion, and that of the IRS person I spoke with today, is if you owe taxes and have question or concerns contact them for free because there is nothing anyone can do for you that you can not do for yourself. I would have saved myself a few thousand in interest and penalties had I have called them first or at anytime during the last year.
