I dreaded for 12 years kicking the can down the road with my IRS debt. I was a skeptic too at one point of 1-800 advertisement and overnight companies saying they’ll erase all tax debt. Staci really re assured me in the process when I first reached out. After meeting with one of the managers Cody he was very transparent and even gave other options outside of Lothamer saying I don’t have to go through them for filing being honest. He stated not a 100% guarantee confidently but a realistic high humber of how he can deliver knowing that he can’t wave a magic wang and make any 100% guarantees which would be foolish ofc. So that earned my business and respect between them. John my assigned manager has always been prompt in returning any calls or answering any of my questions or needs really detailed. Overall I’d recommend if you’re looking for tax advice and assistance.
