I started w/Origin, when I retired as my 3 previous yrs tax returns had issues!! They walked me through their entire process & told me exactly what to expect; timelines, p/w needed, how to respond to IRS contacts, how the process would proceed, etc. It was such a relief just turning it all over to someone else that I trusted to provide for my best interests. My story is quite complicated so it was a long, drawn out affair. That said, they maintained communication regularly to keep me informed &/or request further information from me. Towards the end, when we were getting final numbers, the communications increased to frequently. I knew we were coming to an agreeable plan &, literally, I could feel my shoulders dropping, stress reducing, a feeling of completion- this nightmare was almost behind me. At this time I was assigned a new representative to communicate with, Duy Tran. This man was BEYOND helpful, patient & supportive!! HE DESERVES A RAISE!! I give Origin 5 ⭐️‘s as a company, for: 1) the the difficult but necessary job of interfacing/dealing w/IRS 2) their WONDERFUL staff who support you in every way w/the patience of Job 3) their professional process of helping people out of stressful, life changing situations that could have been the very end of me!!
