Well I was supposed to get back 2017.00 this year ..got a check for 700 because of past due money owed .. I never owed in my life .. it was because of screw ups with my filing .. I can’t in good conscience ever go back to her .. it’s costing me ..1

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. There was a miscalculation in our tax filing and the IRS now says we owe hundreds. Janet initially said she would handle this and then ghosted us. Absolute radio silence since May 7th despite multiple emails and phone calls. We are now accruing interest and late fees with no resolution in sight. Unfortunate that this happened and I wish I could leave a better review.
